We offer a range of specialised services tailored to meet your individual needs, ensuring your event is exactly as you've dreamed. Our approach focuses on understanding your vision and delivering practical solutions while aligning with your budget. We believe you deserve transparent pricing! So while pricing is subjective as every event is unique, each package has it's own price guide.
Hire & styling package
This package includes furniture hire and styling such as seating, arbours, aisle runners, bar tables & stools, faux flowers, signage & so much more.
$600 - $2000
Standard coordination package
Enjoy 8 hours of on-the-day coordination, assistance with run sheets, vendor liaison, setup of small DIY elements, and seamless event management.
$500 - $800
Comprehensive coordination package
Includes all standard package benefits and 9 hours of on-the-day coordination, plus setup of DIY or venue owned ceremony furniture and execution of reception styling with venue or client supplied decor.
$800 - $1500
Premium coordination package
Includes all comprehensive package benefits, plus additional assistance with set up and pack down as early or as late as the day before and the day after the event.
$1500 - $2500
All inclusive package
All inclusions from the hire & styling package as well as the premium package. (Basic reception styling can be included on request)
